Trade Center Master Plan

We are working with the design team retained to analyze alternative solutions to the utilization of the World Trade Center site in lower Manhattan. The input by our office will be the addressing of any MEP issues that may arise during the architectural studies for the future site. The architect is Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners LLP.

of Islamic Art
Doha, Qatar
This 31,500 sq. m. museum will be constructed in the capital city of Qatar to house a major collection of Islamic art including sculptures, paintings and tapestries. It will consist of a Gallery Octagon and an Education Wing separated by an open courtyard. This architect is I.M.Pei.

Hotel and Conference Center
Cleveland Clinic
Cleveland, Ohio
The hotel at this world-class hospital will contain 290 high-end rooms for guests. In addition, the lower floors of the project will serve as a major conference center, and will include an auditorium, lecture halls, meeting rooms, dining areas, and the necessary support functions for the various space usage. The architect is Brennan Beer Gorman.

A new office building of more than 15,000 sq. m. located on the 30 acre Broadgate estate will be developed by British Land for major office tenants. Also provided in the building will be retail space including shell space for a restaurant facility on Exchange Square. The architect is Skidmore Owings & Merrill.

This project is a 175,000 square foot addition to an existing athletic facility at the University of Pennsylvania. It will be used by both students and faculty and will contain a gymnasium, cardiovascular exercise equipment, weight lifting areas, a golf driving range and locker facilities, in addition to adminstrative offices. The architect is Richard Dattner Architect, PC.

A new 35- story 1,100,000 sq. ft. building in New York City that is being developed by Brookfield Financial Properties. The prime tenant will be the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). The building will feature an entrance level atrium, limited retail space and systems that will support the needs of CIBC including a cafeteria and specific banking functions such as trading floors. The architect is Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

A 20-story office tower with 7 below-grade levels, this project is being designed for the Garanti Bank in Turkey. They will occupy the entire 500,000 sq.ft. of space. Included in the designs will be offices, a data center and dining areas as well as extensive car park spaces. The architect is Gerner Kronick + Valcarel.

Ailey American Dance Theater

A 6-story, 80,000 sq. ft. building to be owned and operated by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will bring to New York City the largest facility devoted exclusively to dance in the United States. The building will contain 10 dance studios and a Black Box Theater, which will serve the entire Ailey organizations as well as the New York dance community. The architect is Iu + Bibliowicz Architects LLP.

A new facility that will meet the needs of both students and faculty will be provided by this 3- story, 60,000 sq. ft. building. Included will be space that will include full working and dining areas, student lounges, student and faculty meeting rooms, multi- use performance space and the Smith College radio station. This 74,000 m2 office building is being developed by British Land. The building is 12 stories high with the first two floors being designed to satisfy the loads that would be developed by a dealing floor. The architect is Skidmore Owings & Merrill.

This project is being developed by Boston Properties for unspecified tenants. The 50- story project has a total area of 1,200,000 sq. ft. Major coordination efforts were required to bring utilities to the project due to the subway lines that surround the site below grade. The architect is Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
