Project: Science, Industry and Business Library New York, New York Architect: Architect: Gwathmey Siegel & Associates The conversion of the former Altman’s Department Store to the Science, Industry and Business Library is testament to the imagination of the City of New York and the talent of the design fraternity.  The Library, known as SIBL, provides a facility that is of major value to the general public with specific interests in the topics indentified by the Library’s name.
