Project: Omni Berkshire Hotel New York, New York Architect: Brennan Beer Gorman, Architects The repositioning of this hotel in midtown New York was achieved through the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems that were installed to meet the major architectural modifications of all of the hotel’s interior spaces, including the guest rooms.  With a midtown location on Madison Avenue, the result is a hotel that meets the needs of both the modern business traveler and the tourists who visit New York City.
