This 51-story, two-million-square-foot building is a model of “green” engineering. Every possible sustainable application was considered with the dual goal of minimizing the use of natural resources without compromising tenant comfort or mission critical needs.
This building will likely become the first urban high rise commercial building in the U.S. to receive LEED Platinum certification.
JB&B was honored for its work on this project by ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies) with Platinum and Empire awards—the highest honors for engineering excellence awarded by this respected organization.
