The design of residential properties requires the Consulting Engineer to provide the necessary services to meet the multiple requirements of undefined occupants who will ultimately lease or own apartments in the facility.

Jaros, Baum & Bolles has had experience in the design of residential properties in both the United States and other parts of the world. Included in this experience are multiuse projects which can consist of office, retail and hospitality spaces in addition to significant residential apartments. The differing operational schedules of these disparate elements raise technical questions that must be resolved by the design engineer.
