This eight-building, 1,400,000 square foot multiuse complex will contain office space, an IMAX theater, Multiplex Cinemas, retail space, a Media Tech Museum and residential apartments. The complexity of the design of the residential component was, in part, due to the landmark nature of its façade, which mandated that the design be incorporated within the enclosure that existed for the previous usage of the building.
