Cristin A. Lucena

Director, Plumbing and Fire Protection

Cristin Lucena serves as a Director of Plumbing and Fire Protection at JB&B. Since joining the firm in 2009, Ms. Lucena has led the plumbing and fire protection design for a wide range of projects, including commercial offices, residential buildings, educational facilities, hotels and gallery spaces.

Ms. Lucena’s responsibilities include managing the design of plumbing and fire protection systems on large-scale projects, supervising team members, preparing construction documents, and coordinating with clients and other design professionals. Her notable projects include a number of luxury residential projects and cultural institutions, including Disney NYC Headquarters, 15 Hudson Yards, 111 West 57th Street, 760 Madison Avenue (the Giorgio Armani Residences) and The Shed.

Ms. Lucena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University. She is an active member of the Plumbing Foundation City of New York, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE), Women of ASPE (WOA) and the ACEC New York Fire Protection Code Committee.
