Recent legislation, including New York City, New York State, New Jersey, and other jurisdiction's regulations, have increased testing, monitoring, and documentation requirements for water systems to control Legionella. Our Environmental team helps clients develop, maintain, and audit water management plans and associated procedures, providing proper documentation to maintain compliance. This experience in these jurisdictions will be valuable as similar regulations continue to expand to other markets. 

Maintaining indoor air quality requires understanding system performance and aligning it with best practices. Our team tests key operating parameters and inspects spaces to provide tailored recommendations, including online IAQ monitoring, remediation strategies, and specifications for filtration, purification, and other innovative technologies based on the application and demonstrated performance.
