Senior Associate

Dennis Poulos joined Jaros, Baum & Bolles in 2013 and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the HVAC Department. He has designed HVAC systems for projects in New York City such as The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards, Edge at Hudson Yards, the Horace Mann School expansion, and various projects at NYU Langone Health.

Mr. Poulos has provided design for large-scale infrastructure projects, such as the Deutsche Bank renovation at One Columbus Circle, the 165 Halsey Street Data Center in Newark, NJ, and the Hudson Yards campus cogeneration plant and thermal loop integration. He worked on the concept design for the Museum of Modern Art expansion and the NYU Langone Health Health Care Center Restack project. Most recently, he led the design team for the 60 Wall Street Lobby Renovation in New York City and the Susan Welch Liberal Arts Building at Penn State University.

Mr. Poulos earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Manhattan University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
