Erica Mulligan joined Jaros, Baum & Bolles in 2012. She currently serves as a Senior Associate and has worked on a wide range of projects, including high-rise multi-use buildings, tenant fit-outs, government facilities, critical systems and multi-building campus infrastructures. Her responsibilities include project management, coordination, design, calculations, preparation of construction documents and specifications, and construction administration.

Ms. Mulligan has provided design expertise for large-scale base building infrastructure, generator and load management controls, fire alarm backbone system upgrades, as well as short circuit and arc flash analysis. Her notable projects, where she also serves as project manager, include the central utility plant and site development for the Cornell Tech campus on Roosevelt Island, tenant fit-out for various government agencies at 26 Federal Plaza, and design of a women’s hospital in Kigutu, Burundi.

Ms. Mulligan earned her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Manhattan University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. She is Chair of the JB&B STEAM Initiative and a member of both the steering committee of the JB&B Women’s Initiative and of Unity.Comm as well as a Mentor for the ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York. She was a 2019 honoree of PWC’s 20 Under 40, a Commercial Observer 2020 Top Young Professional: Design + Construction, and a 2022 Women Builders Council Next Generation of Women Builders Honoree. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Professional Women in Construction (PWC).
