Jenny Medovaya

Director, HVAC

Jenny Medovaya joined JB&B in 2025 and serves as a Director in the HVAC Department, where her responsibilities include design and project leadership, technical guidance, creating project strategy, technical guidance to the design team, responsibility for client satisfaction, management and oversight of project design and implementation, quality control reviews, code compliance, specifications, and proactive response to client needs.

She has more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction of healthcare projects, having worked for major healthcare institutions in the New York City region and overseas. Her knowledge of clinical function, expertise in infection control and patient comfort, and expertise with local codes, industry standards, construction operation and DOH requirements have been valued by a wide range of clients.

Ms. Medovaya earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnic University. She is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York and is a member of the AMFP Great NYC Association of Medical Facility Professionals as well as the Hospital Engineering Society of Great New York.
