Senior Associate
Joshua Monahan joined JB&B in 2026 as a Senior Associate in the HVAC Department. His responsibilities include leading the design of a variety of building types, with a primary focus on the commercial market. He has worked on several notable projects, such as the New Balance Indoor Track & Field complex*, Fenway MGM Music Hall* and the Sycuan Resort Casino expansion*.
He has extensive experience in large hospitality, cultural, gaming, and resort projects, including work with the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, NV* and the Motown Museum in Detroit, MI*. He also provided design expertise for large-scale chiller and boiler plants at the 705 Mt. Auburn project*, and led the mechanical design for the Centene Corporate Campus expansion project in St. Louis, MO*.
Mr. Monahan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, North Carolina, and Texas, and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
