Karl Knehr

Senior Associate

Karl Knehr serves as a Senior Associate at JB&B. Since joining the firm’s Electrical Department in 2013, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, including medical facilities, commercial office and laboratory fit-outs, mixed-use buildings and high-rise commercial office towers.

Mr. Knehr has provided essential contributions to the firm’s medical facility portfolio with work on NYU Langone Health’s Health Care Center and Energy Building, as well as restoration and renovation projects throughout the NYU Langone campus; the Brooklyn Health Center; and multiple studies/MEP evaluations and infrastructure projects for Memorial Sloan Kettering. Mr. Knehr has also demonstrated his considerable engineering expertise on high-rise commercial office towers and mixed-use buildings, including 4 World Trade Center and the full renovation of the Ford Foundation Center for Social Justice.

Mr. Knehr earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
