Senior Associate
Lee Chorney serves as a Senior Associate in the HVAC Department at JB&B. He joined the firm 2021 and brings with him over 16 years’ experience with a special focus in the life science sector. He has participated in and led the design of HVAC systems for commercial office, life science, academic and residential projects. His responsibilities include project management, coordination, design, calculations, preparation of construction documents, and field observations.
He has extensive experience working on complex life science projects, including cGMP facilities, cryogenic electron microscope labs and photonics labs. Some of his notable projects include the SK pharmteco cGMP campus, the Catalent cGMP facility, and Terrestrial Bio’s cGMP facility.
Mr. Chorney earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts and a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C.
