Maeve Weiden serves as a Senior Associate in the HVAC Department at JB&B. Since joining the firm in 2014, Ms. Weiden has played an instrumental role in the mechanical design for a wide variety of projects across multiple market sectors, including performance and visual arts centers, multi-use commercial developments, financial institutions and healthcare facilities. Her responsibilities include project management, coordination, design, calculation, preparation of construction documents and field observations.

Ms. Weiden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and is a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C. Ms. Weiden is member of the U.S. Green Building Council as well as a member of the New York Chapter of ASHRAE. In 2018 Ms. Weiden was honored as one of Women Builders Council’s Next Generation of Women Builders, and in 2019, she was selected to be a participant in the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation’s Emerging Leaders program.
