Matthew A. Alexander
Senior Associate
Matthew Alexander joined the firm in 2019 and serves as a Senior Associate in JB&B Field®, with a focus on MEP Advisory Services and technical project support. His role with MEP Advisory Services entails a full range of project management services, from purchasing and pre-construction to final punchlisting and closeout, and taps into his considerable experience working in the construction field on major healthcare projects for both new and existing buildings. He is also fully conversant in scope development, bid walk-throughs and leveling, site logistics, trade coordination and project schedule management.
Most recently, Mr. Alexander has taken the lead for JB&B on a major boiler replacement project at 140 East 83rd Street in New York City. In this capacity, he has been responsible for developing and managing the project schedule; scheduling and coordinating the trades in the field; managing and updating the project budget; and reviewing and approving monthly pay applications.
Mr. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Facilities Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College.
