Monica J. Zahm
Senior Associate
Monica Zahm serves as a Senior Associate in the Electrical Department at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 2011, she has worked on a wide variety of projects, including high-rise towers, medical facilities, laboratory research facilities, office fit-outs, and infrastructure renovations in existing buildings.
Ms. Zahm has provided essential contributions to the firm’s projects for medical facilities, including NYU Langone Health’s Emergency Department, the medical campus’s central utility plant, capital infrastructure improvements in the existing hospital and research facilities, as well as hospital renovations in, among others, the Radiation Oncology Department, MRI and CT suites, Labor and Delivery suites and patient rooms. She has also worked on numerous wet laboratory research renovations in the NYU Langone campus, the Hudson Research Center in Manhattan, Innolabs in Queens, and Weill Cornell Medical group facilities at their Manhattan campus. In the commercial sector, Ms. Zahm has demonstrated her expertise on high-rise towers such as 4 World Trade Center and One Manhattan West, a Brookfield Properties development near Penn Station.
Ms. Zahm earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University and her Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
