Rachel A. Cleaver

Director, Building Information Modeling

Rachel Cleaver joined JB&B in 2020 and serves as a Director of Building Information Modeling (BIM), one of the firm’s premiere modeling services. She is responsible for BIM integration strategies as well as establishing standards, operating procedures, educational content and project support. She also oversees ongoing BIM training for the firm’s engineers. She has five years of 3D modeling experience and, immediately prior to joining the JB&B team, she was a BIM and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) consultant working with clients throughout all stages of the project life cycle.

Ms. Cleaver’s wide-ranging expertise in modeling and analysis programs includes Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam. Along with general oversight of the BIM Department, her responsibilities include management of the creation, workflow and delivery of Revit models for all the firm’s projects; ongoing development of automation initiatives within JB&B; oversight of laser scanning procedures; and review of BIM execution plans both internally and with other consultants.

Ms. Cleaver earned her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Lehigh University.
