Robert H. Forfa, Jr.
Senior Associate
Robert Forfa serves as a Senior Associate at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has acted as design lead and MEP Project Manager in the firm’s Electrical Department, and has been involved in numerous projects across the commercial, hospitality, residential, cultural and financial sectors.
Among Mr. Forfa’s notable projects are large-scale corporate and commercial projects, many of which also included the development of critical systems and infrastructure system design and upgrades, such as Nomura Securities, Citigroup, and Bank of China New York. Mr. Forfa served as Project Manager to the infrastructure design and build-out of the Baha Mar Resort campus in Nassau, the Bahamas, which included multiple commercial, hospitality, and specialty properties. He has also developed residential and educational projects, including Columbia University Irving Medical Center’s Vagelos Education Center and Mount Sinai’s Residential Tower at 10 East 102nd Street, as well as cultural projects such as the Museum of Modern Art expansion.
Mr. Forfa earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
