Rory Creegan

Rory Creegan has over 20 years of industry experience, ranging from office fit-outs to high-rise healthcare projects. Among his recent projects are a full-building adaptive reuse ambulatory surgery center and a 12-story full-service cancer center. He has a genuine passion for collaboration and consistently delivers comprehensive solutions that balance the diverse goals of his clients.

Mr. Creegan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. He has been a featured speaker at industry events, including the Virginia Society of Healthcare Engineers Annual Conference, the Philadelphia AIA Learning Series, and the Orlando ACE Reverse Summit, and his written work has been featured in the Mid-Atlantic and New York Real Estate Journals.
