Senior Associate

Samantha Storz serves as a Senior Associate in the Plumbing and Fire Protection Department at JB&B. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has played an instrumental role in the design and management of numerous projects, with a specialty in healthcare.

Her responsibilities include client meetings and presentations, design, calculations, coordination, preparation of construction documents and specifications, and construction administration. Among her notable projects are NYU Langone Health’s Kimmel Pavilion, NYU Langone Health’s Tisch Hospital Endoscopy Renovation, and the Museum of Modern Art expansion.

Mrs. Storz is one of the co-leaders of the Healthcare Communities of Practice Committee at JB&B and a member of the Steering Committee for the JB&B Women’s Initiative.

She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, an ASSE 6060 Certified Medical Gas Designer, and an active member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association.
