Walter Mehl serves as President of the Trinity Consultants Built Environment division. Prior to the acquisition of Jaros, Baum & Bolles, Inc. by Trinity Consultants in 2025, he served as Co-Managing Partner of Jaros, Baum & Bolles Consulting Engineers, LLP, and President of JB&B, Inc.

As a key leader of the firm since joining in 1987, Mr. Mehl has represented the firm as a principal Electrical Engineer on numerous new construction and retrofit projects throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Mehl’s long-standing experience in electrical engineering has extended to many of JB&B’s most complex projects. He has also been responsible for JB&B Technologies, the firm’s low-voltage services group supporting IT, security, audiovisual, RF engineering (antenna systems), building OT cybersecurity, and building intelligence design services. Mr. Mehl now leads the expansion of services within the Built Environment, helping to integrate engineering and technology services that support the delivery of complex, high-performance buildings.

Mr. Mehl holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in numerous States.
