Access to Specific Information, Correction, and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that JB&B disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months as of the date of your request, namely, the types and categories of personal information that we have collected, the source of the collected information, the categories of information we shared about you and the categories of third parties with whom the information was shared and the business purpose therefor. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. You may also request that your personal information be corrected.

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that JB&B delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. After we receive and validate your request, we will delete your personal information, and direct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, Correction, and Deletion Rights

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing within those forty-five (45) days.
