La Tête d’Or

JB&B provided MEP/IT design for La Tête d’Or, a steakhouse located within the repositioned One Madison Avenue. Situated between Park Avenue and Madison Square Park, La Tête d’Or draws inspiration from classic steakhouses and exceptional French service. The dining room features 18 ft. ceilings and seating for 180 patrons, with the restaurant’s wood-fired grill taking center stage in an open-kitchen concept that makes the work of the culinary team a centerpiece of the space. The kitchen is served by two dedicated exhaust systems for both solid fuel and gas applications, and the restaurant features two private dining spaces and a bar space.
