Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Expansion

This state-of-the-art design-build expansion project includes: 113,000 sq.ft. of pre-function space; 93,000 sq.ft. of new exhibit space; a rooftop pavilion with outdoor and indoor space to accommodate 1,500 guests; a 480,000 sq.ft four-level truck marshalling facility; 27 new loading docks; 107,000 sq.ft. of new meeting room space; an ultra-modern 53,000 sq.ft. special event space; and a one-acre rooftop farm to produce fruits and vegetables for meals served at the Convention Center. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification.
