With a blend of residential amenity spaces and ground-floor retail, 335 Eighth Avenue redefines urban living in Chelsea with a commitment to community and inclusivity. This fully electrified building, including the HVAC and domestic hot water heating system, received LEED Gold certification and is awaiting Passive House certification.
