Northwell Health Cardiology and Sessional Medicine Offices

Located within The Greenwich Lane residential complex, this project consists of the fit-out of 14,660 sq.ft. over three levels for Northwell Health’s multi-specialty physician practices. With the first level providing a separate entrance to the practices and a dedicated lobby, the second- and third-level program includes physician offices for otolaryngology, audiology, rheumatology, gastroenterology and urology; surgical offices for bariatric surgery, general surgery, vascular surgery and colorectal surgery; adult cardiology with exam rooms, consultation spaces, noninvasive cardiology testing suite with an echo lab and stress labs; a comprehensive pediatric suite; infusion areas; and all required support spaces.
