A New Stage for Limitless Performance

The Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) is the latest addition to the World Trade Center redevelopment and a major cultural hub in Lower Manhattan.

The building includes three auditoriums, which can be combined and reconfigured to form eleven different theater and performance space venues with roughly forty seating configurations, and a rehearsal room—all of which facilitate manifold stage-audience parameters and accommodate performances ranging from the intimate to the spectacular. Flexible front- and back-of-house circulation creates diverse patron entry/intermission/exit patterns, while offices, performer spaces and a restaurant/bar address administrative, talent, and visitor support.
