At JB&B, giving back means investing in the next generation. Through our STEAM Initiative, our engineers volunteer their time to introduce middle school students to science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics while showcasing the many possibilities within the AEC industry.
Since 2018, the program has connected students with industry professionals through engaging presentations and hands-on activities that make engineering approachable, relevant, and fun. By sparking curiosity and expanding access to career opportunities, we're helping inspire tomorrow's innovators and problem-solvers.
