Designed for Art Without Limits

This 200,000 sq.ft. project at Hudson Yards accommodates the evolving forms of artistic and cultural expression of the future: innovative, fluid, and technologically enabled. The project includes galleries, public space and back-of-house support. An innovative movable structure rolls out from the permanent structure to form a large atrium-like assembly space that is fully conditioned and served with MEP systems to accommodate exhibitions and event functions during any season of the year. The project received LEED Silver certification.
