Redefining the Modern Corporate Workplace

JPMorganChase has replaced the existing building at 270 Park Avenue with a new all-electric commercial office tower for its headquarters. The new tower consists of approximately 59 floors above grade and three floors below grade. In addition to office and trading floors, the program includes amenity spaces such as a community area, tech lounge, wellness center, fitness center, childcare center, an auditorium, and several kitchens.
