Kristal Kule Finansbank Headquarters

This 600,000 sq.ft. office tower is located in a growing business district in Istanbul. The building includes below-grade parking, a conference center, formal lobbies and an enclosed roof garden. For the core and shell portion, JB&B provided full MEP/FP/IT/lighting and VT Design Development drawings and specifications as well as having reviewed the local engineer’s Construction Documents. JB&B was also involved in Construction Administration and review of shop drawings. JB&B provided full Construction Documents for the tenant fit-out portion.
