A Workplace Designed Around Well-Being

This 20-story commercial office building is part of a vibrant urban redevelopment along the Garrison Channel waterfront in the Water Street Tampa neighborhood. The building includes high-end retail on the Ground Floor, a fitness center for tenants, and additional amenities space on the Penthouse Level.

Specific design features such as floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum natural light and interior daylighting were incorporated, with a focus on occupant well-being. Outside, the pedestrian plaza is an inviting green space that affords a vital connection between people and nature. Light fixtures subtly integrated within the landscape elements softly illuminate the plaza while creating a unique visual conversation with the building. The project achieved WELL Gold certification for core and shell.
