COOKFOX at 250 West 57th Street

A High-Performance Office for Modern Collaboration

COOKFOX’s office relocation to 250 West 57th Street was an opportunity to showcase the studio’s culture, sustainability and wellness values. The 15,000 rsf renovation included open office areas, “harvest kitchen” and dining area, a commuter’s shower, and outdoor green space for working and events.

The design included high-quality air filtration, fresh air delivery, CO₂ monitoring and use of low-VOC materials to help ensure that the best possible indoor air quality is achieved. In addition, the lighting design employs 100% fully dimmable light sources and a daylight harvesting scheme. The project achieved LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications.
