Balancing Historic Preservation with Modern Function
This project is a 70,000 sq.ft. office design and renovation of an existing building, the Conrad B. Duberstein U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse, specifically for the Bankruptcy and Probation agency offices. The project consists of historical preservation zones that had to be considered while designing the spaces. The fit-out includes private offices with demountable partitions, open offices, training rooms and conference rooms. New HVAC distribution and lighting were designed to meet the PBS P100 Tier 1 performance requirements.
