Sustainability Within a Landmark Setting

This 11-story landmark-status building in the United Nations District of Manhattan was completely renovated from the infrastructure to the finishes and furniture. Both the exterior and the Atrium Lobby are landmarked spaces. In addition to providing offices for the Ford Foundation staff, the building is frequently utilized by United Nations member organizations for meetings and receptions. The project achieved LEED-CI Platinum certification.
