Comprehensive amenities to enhance the executive experience include a live broadcast studio, telepresence room, library, bar, dining rooms, an executive pantry, and bathrooms.

Behind the scenes of the C-suite spaces, ductwork, acoustic isolation, thermostatic controls, and critical power were laid out and intricately coordinated between the architectural and MEP design teams. The spaces required additional critical backed power from onsite generation from the nearby retail pavilion (over 50 floors away) and sensitive routing of all MEP services to avoid impacting the prevailing aesthetic and private office views.
