One World Trade Center
A Lower Manhattan Landmark Reaching New Heights
One World Trade Center, completed in 2014, is the centerpiece tower of the new World Trade Center campus in Lower Manhattan. The 3.5 million sq.ft. tower stands 1,370 feet above grade and 1,776 feet to the top of the transmission tower. The building incorporates state-of-the-art life safety technologies as well as hardening measures. This project received LEED Gold certification and a 2015 ACEC New York Diamond Award in the category of Building/Technology Systems.
