Jefferson Health Honickman Center

JB&B designed the MEP/FP/IT infrastructure and fit-out distribution to support the various specialized programs throughout the building as well as the security, AV, DAS and lighting fit-out distribution systems. The engineering design afforded Jefferson Health the flexibility of changing existing or adding new programming throughout the building as needed without effecting a significant impact on infrastructure installed Day One. With a pleated glass facade along most of the building’s exterior face, JB&B had to coordinate, in conjunction with the architect, an inconspicuous design for the intake and exhaust systems limiting the impact of louvers on the curtain wall.
