One Madison Avenue Repositioning

Transforming Scale, Elevating Experience

One Madison Avenue—previously consisting of thirteen stories above grade and encompassing 900,000 square feet—underwent a modernization into a Class A commercial office tower totaling 1.4 million sq.ft. The project included new state-of-the-art office space, tenant specialty floors, ground floor Retail and over an acre of outdoor terraces along with a revitalized lobby. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
