Redefining Student Life on the Waterfront

A new university center and residential towers enhance Hoboken’s waterfront, creating a vibrant hub for student life at Stevens. The center offers modern spaces for living, studying, dining, and gathering, all with sweeping views of the New York City skyline. JB&B provided comprehensive MEP engineering services, delivering efficient, resilient systems for the 392,000-square-foot facility.

At the base of the new residence halls is Stevens’ three-story University Center, serving as a hub for campus life. The center includes spaces for events and student organizations, a dining marketplace, fitness center, convenience store, high-tech conference rooms, offices for Student Affairs and Student Life, a game room, and lounges for studying and socializing.
