Sustainable Design for a Modern Workplace
This creative office development in Long Island City is the home to innovators, creators, leaders and entrepreneurs. The project consists of two 26-story towers connected by a 4-story podium that provides 50,000 sq.ft. of retail and 3 levels of parking.
Amenities include a Campus Quad, rooftop terrace, gourmet market, food hall, upscale dining and boutique fitness center. Sustainable engineering solutions utilized include 100,000-gallon stormwater reclamation and filtration system, low-flow water fixtures, gas-fired condensing hot water boilers, individual floor-by-floor DX units and two-stage air filtration system. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
