Cornell Tech, Tata Innovation Center

The Tata Innovation Center is a 230,000 sq.ft., seven-story corporate colocation building designed for flexible office space, classrooms, retail and parking. Significant features include a green roof, a 400 kW rooftop photovoltaic canopy and a glass-enclosed central lobby spanning the full width of the building, allowing for a diagonal view through the building. In addition, JB&B completed an 89,000 sq.ft. fit-out for Cornell Tech classrooms, offices and Maker Lab. The Tata Innovation Center achieved LEED Gold certification.
