Hudson Research Center
Designed for Discovery, Built for Efficiency
The Hudson Research Center project is a hub for innovation and collaboration on Manhattan’s West Side. The project consisted of new MEP infrastructure to support laboratory occupancy on three (3) floors of the building (total of approx. 75,000 gsf), including the fit-out of one (1) floor with prebuilt wet laboratory space (approx. 25,000 gsf). Included in the project scope was the design of a new 1,100 gsf amenity space. The project employed a low carbon electrification design to conform with NYC LL97 requirements.
