A State-of-the-Art Hub for Biomedical Innovation

The New York Genome Center is a 170,000 sq.ft. LEED Gold laboratory and office infrastructure and fit-out project within an existing office building. Utilizing a modular chiller plant, 100 percent outside air, air handling units with heat recovery and chilled beam technology, a full state-of-the-art genome sequencing and bioinformatics center was built. This included a CLIA lab, sequencing labs, research wet labs and a conference center with a warming pantry and large collaborative dining center.
