PepGen at 321 Harrison Avenue

The project, a new space serving as PepGen’s headquarters, consists of the fit-out of approximately 23,000 sq.ft. on the 8th Floor of 321 Harrison Avenue to house research and development laboratory spaces and corporate office functions. The MEP/FP systems were designed to support a variety of wet laboratory spaces, including synthetics labs, biology labs, analytical labs and clinical labs. The project team utilized DOAS air terminal units in the office suite to provide enhanced air quality and temperature control, and the wet laboratory spaces are designed to a BSL-1/BSL-2 level with laboratory gas capabilities that include vacuum, compressed air and CO2 outlets.
