Integrated Solutions for Scientific Discovery

The Jerome L. Greene Science Center is part of the continuing Columbia University Manhattanville development. This 450,000 gross sq.ft. building includes a vivarium, clinical spaces and a full imaging facility. The project includes an innovative mechanically assisted double-wall facade, is served throughout with active chilled beams, and includes other innovative laboratory measures. The project was awarded LEED-NC Gold certification.
