The New Terminal One at JFK International Airport

The New Terminal One (NTO) aspires to be among the top ten airport terminals in the world, elevating the international air travel experience with world-class design and service. Encompassing more than 1.9 million sq.ft. for the full build-out, NTO will have 14 gates and more than 200,000 sq.ft. of dining, retail, lounges, and recreational space. The sustainably designed and future-focused terminal will have significant onsite renewable energy generation, and is being designed for LEED Silver and Envision certifications.
