HVAC
Our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) designs combine deep experience with innovative thinking to push beyond traditional approaches. We deliver tailored systems that meet each client’s needs, from central utility plants to advanced heat recovery, thermal storage, electrification and other low-carbon solutions, as well as dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) that support indoor air quality and occupant comfort.
Electrical
Our electrical designs leverage the latest technologies to deliver efficient, reliable electrical infrastructure from point of entry and distribution to end use. Through close collaboration with clients, we define capacity, reliability, resiliency, critical load, and data requirements, tailoring each project accordingly and integrating solutions such as emergency and standby power, uninterruptible power systems, and advanced power monitoring systems as needed.
Plumbing
Our plumbing designs combine broad project experience with innovative strategies to conserve water and energy, including reduced water use and wastewater recycling. We deliver efficient, tailored systems across the full range of plumbing services, from domestic water and sanitary systems to natural gas, lab gases, and medical and bulk gases.
Fire Protection
Our fire protection designs prioritize safety and resiliency, delivering integrated strategies tailored to each project’s occupancy, risk profile, code requirements, and life safety goals. We evaluate and coordinate fire alarm, detection, smoke control, mass notification, and first responder systems along with a full range of suppression solutions—including wet, dry, preaction, foam, aerosol, clean agent, and special hazard systems—to meet regulatory requirements and life safety goals.
BMS/BAS
Our building management sysems/building automation systems (BMS/BAS) team designs the control strategies, sequences of operation, and system architectures that make MEP systems perform as a coordinated whole. We work across commercial, healthcare, laboratory, mission-critical, and residential projects, from new construction and tenant fit-outs to plant upgrades and phased renovations of occupied buildings. Our involvement runs from concept design through specification, submittal review, and system acceptance. Where reliability is critical, we design PLC-based control systems for systems such as central plants and data centers. We also advise clients on open-protocol architecture, network security, and emerging intelligent-building technologies.
